My stay at Step Inn hotel in Kazbegi was nothing short of exceptional. What truly sets this property apart is its amazing staff, incredible location, fantastic sauna, and the best cuisine in Kazbegi. We traveled all the way from London, and our journey was well worth it. The hotel staff members were remarkably friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect. From the warm welcome at check-in to the constant, genuine smiles throughout my stay, each interaction was a delight. They were always available to provide recommendations, make arrangements, and ensure that every detail was taken care of with utmost professionalism and personal touch. Their hospitality made us feel at home and truly enhanced the overall experience. The location of the hotel is breathtaking. Nestled amidst the stunning mountains of Kazbegi, the view from my room was nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the majestic sight of Mount Kazbek was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly situated to explore all the natural beauty and outdoor activities that the region has to offer, from hiking trails to serene viewpoints. The hotel's sauna is fantastic and provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploration. The soothing environment and top-notch facilities were a rejuvenating treat. Moreover, the cuisine at Step Inn is the best in Kazbegi. Each meal was a culinary delight, showcasing the finest local and international no dishes prepared with utmost care and creativity. Dining here was an experience in itself, and I found myself looking forward to every meal. I highly recommend Step Inn for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the unparalleled beauty of Kazbegi, with the added comfort of exceptional service, superb location, fantastic sauna, and extraordinary cuisine. The place is new. Apartments are comfortable. Beds are just great, two very comfortable pillows per person. I did not wanted to get up from it. I stayed in Rooms Kazbegi for a few times before and I would say that Step Inn apartments are way better than what you got for 1,5x-2x price in Rooms. Breakfasts are just amazing. Eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, freshly baked bread, jams, juice, coffee. We took most of our breakfast to our trip and it was enough for almost whole day. We had a great evening dinner an a terrace with unbelievable view and delicious dishes. But the main thing of this place are people. They are doing everything to make sure you will have the most relaxing and great time. All of them, but especially the guy, who woke up early in the morning to make a wonderful breakfast for us and was so kind that we wanted to give more good to people by ourselves. Will definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends.

We spent one night at Step Inn – Kazbegi in Stepantsminda, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is simply perfect – set slightly away from the main road, right at the foot of the mountains, offering peace, quiet, and absolutely breathtaking views of Mount Kazbek. From the panoramic windows of our spacious, bright room, we could admire the majestic mountain scenery for hours, especially during sunrise and sunset. Breakfast deserves special praise – fresh, delicious, and varied, clearly prepared with care. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, homely atmosphere and always ready to help with anything we needed.

Great view from the 1st floor, which is right above the restaurant. Friendly staff. Enjoyable breakfast at mornings, which is fine for its price in our opinion. Swimming pool is ok, small, but there's usually not much guests at the pool's room. Room is good, soft bed, bed linen is clean. Bathroom has got all the necessary stuff. There is a road behind the hotel going to the Ioane Natlismcemeli church and if you get to it, there are paths deeper to the mountains where you can find Mountain walter streams and couple of waterfalls.

The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. We asked them if we could leave our luggage with them for a day, because we went camping for a day before staying with them, and they happily accepted storing our luggage for us. The rooms are very comfy, sparkly clean, with all necessary facilities, complimentary water bottles and tea. Bathroom shower is huge, and the view from the room is directly at the Gergety Trinity Church.
